Something SWEET!

HI, ITS MELYSSA! SORRY ABOUT HOW LONG IT TOOK TO DO MY BLOG. WANT TO HEAR SOMETHING SWEET? OK IT'S CALLED....... READY?.....OK HERE IT GOES!......

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING!

THE INGREDIENTS ARE:
2 STICKS OF SOFT UNSALTED BUTTER.
1/2 CUP OF MILK.  
1 TEASPOON OF PURE VANILLA EXTRACT.
7-9 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR.          
PLACE THE BUTTER, MILK, VANILLA, AND 4 CUPS OF THE CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR IN A LARGE BOWL. BEAT WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH AND CREAMY. ADD THE REMAINING SUGAR GRADUALLY UNTIL THE FROSTING IS AS THICK AS YOU WOULD LIKE IT. IT YOU WANT, YOU CAN MIX FOOD COLORING INTO THE FINISHED FROSTING. USE IT RIGHT AWAY, OR STORE IT FOR UP TO TWO DAYS OAT ROOM TEMPERATURE WITH A SHEET OF PLASTIC WRAP PRESSED TO ITS SURFACE.
